Helpdesk Support Specialist
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, application, and access-related issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, including password resets, Microsoft 365 support, and Windows 11-related problems.
- Document incidents, track resolutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting users with a variety of technical needs.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Customer service or help desk experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule
This is a 24x7 support environment. The position is a 3rd shift role, working: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM, Saturday through Wednesday. Occasional schedule adjustments and overtime may be required to support business needs.
Experience Level: Entry Level to Junior IT Support Professionals Welcome.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
