About the role

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase our products and solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications can be advantageous:

• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Experience with customer relationship management software.
