About the Role

The Call Center Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed. The Help Desk is a 24/7 business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Manage multiple customers
  • Self-motivated to successfully complete and learn new tasks
  • Demonstrate detailed-oriented follow-through with a "hands on," "can do," and "Jack of all trades" positive attitude
  • Liaise with field associates to prioritize calls

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Effective oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in Windows 10, Microsoft Office suite and/or Microsoft Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Previous experience working in customer service

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidate must be located in EST zone. This is a temporary assignment.
