About the role
The Helpdesk Analyst will provide end-user support to clients in the Bala Cynwyd area, Philadelphia, PA. This is an experienced hire position.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective resolution to client issues via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Document and track tickets for efficient issue resolution
- Train and assist clients with software and hardware troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Experience with helpdesk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of Windows Server and network administration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
