Helpdesk Desktop Support Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external resources to resolve user support issues
• Aid users with Windows 10/11, Office365, VOIP, and computer setup and usage
• Onboard new employees across a variety of different platforms
• Maintain and manage colleague technical issues through Fresh Service ticket system
• Monitor and manage IT assets across the enterprise throughout their lifecycle
• Collaborate with teams to optimize the Cerity Partners technology platform
• Participate in a range of special projects including M&A integration, phone system conversion, and conference room setup

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in user-facing tier 1 desktop support
• A passion for direct user interaction
• The ability to work independently across a dispersed team in the United States
• An aptitude for working with users of varying technical skill levels
• The capability to handle support requests professionally, applying problem-solving skills to find short-term and long-term resolutions, and communicating these solutions effectively
• A team-oriented mindset that values continuous learning and improvement
• Experience within the Financial Services industry is a plus
• Comfort with occasional travel
