Help Desk Tech - DAYS - TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems
- Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records
- May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases
- Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems
Requirements
- Required Education and Experience*: Help Desk Technician IV - HS diploma +1 years of experience
- Required Certifications: Security+, CEPWS 9.1 ( ITIL, A+, HDI-CSR, MS 365)
- TS/SCI w/Polygraph Required; US Citizenship Required

Pay
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.52 - $33.18. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
