Responsibilities
- Receive and record support requests regarding hardware, software, peripheral support and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Resolve basic issues independently; refer more complex issues to the next level with the appropriate urgency.
- Interact and open tickets with 3rd-party vendors as necessary.
- Onboarding and offboarding personnel.
- IT project work as assigned for new implementations and configurations.
- Aid in Q&A for in-house development testing.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and GSuite.
- Understanding of basic networking and printing.
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve problems, learn quickly, and multi-task.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- General understanding of software development and testing.
