About the role

Join the Nalley Consulting team at Southcom HQ. Position: Help Desk Representative

Responsibilities

  • Resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
  • Aiding with enterprise device provisioning
  • Maintaining IT asset tracking systems
  • Providing technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments
  • Using IT troubleshooting methodologies, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), and customer service best practices
  • Handling incident resolution, remote desktop support, and end-user assistance

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and cloud-based IT support tools
  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation Certification, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or three (3) years of equivalent experience in IT support
