Help Desk Analyst
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in one of our Orlando offices for an experienced Help Desk Analyst.
About the role
The Help Desk Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting users with software-related questions and troubleshooting basic PC hardware/network issues. This analyst also assists with IT projects, evaluating and implementing new software.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and be capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist users with software-related questions and troubleshoot basic PC hardware/network issues
- Support IT projects, including evaluating and implementing new software
- Format and troubleshoot Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Detailed working knowledge of legal-specific software and processes, including but not limited to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, VPN, and Citrix
- Law firm experience is a plus
