Help Desk Analyst
Job Description
Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe.
The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
- Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems
- DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly
Desired Experience
- Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
- Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
- Familiarity with Apache NiFi
- Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
- Basic knowledge of network protocols

Pay
$100,000 - $110,000 annually
Schedule
This is a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule, working either Day Shift (0545-1345), Swing Shift (1345-2145), or Mid Shift (2145-0545) to include weekends and holidays.
