At One Step Forward, we're looking for an experienced ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work one on one with a child in Keansburg, NJ, within the greater Red Bank area. This is a part time, in home position with weekday after school and early evening hours. Pay: $22–$32 per hour based on experience Be Part of a Child's Progress You'll work consistently with the same child, building familiarity with their needs, strengths, and treatment goals. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll help the child develop new skills while supporting greater independence at home and in everyday situations. Your work will involve: Providing individualized one on one ABA therapyTeaching communication, social, and play skillsSupporting independence and daily living routinesHelping children develop appropriate replacement behaviorsImplementing behavior intervention strategiesUsing reinforcement and prompting to encourage learningTracking progress through accurate data collectionCompleting electronic session documentationWorking closely with your supervising BCBA A Schedule You Can Build Around We have an ongoing opportunity during weekday afternoons and early evenings after school. We're looking for someone who can commit to a regular weekly schedule and become a consistent member of the child's treatment team. The Support You Need Your BCBA will provide ongoing supervision, review client progress, and guide treatment implementation. You'll also have access to our clinical and administrative teams for additional support.
