Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Helicopter Pilot to support our aerial logging operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flying helicopters to transport timber, equipment, and personnel in rugged terrain, with a strong emphasis on precision, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate helicopters for long-line logging operations, including timber extraction and placement.
• Safely transport crew and materials to remote locations.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Cookordination with ground crews for load placement and retrieval.
• Maintain detailed flight logs and adhere to FAA and company regulations.
• Assist with basic helicopter maintenance and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Commercial Rotorcraft License (ATP preferred).
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours (including long-line experience).
• Class II medical certificate.
• Experience in mountainous or forested flight environments.
• Ability to work in demanding weather and terrain conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in vertical reference flying.
• Familiarity with logging operations and forestry industry standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
