Heavy‑Duty Bus and Coach Technician — Drivetrain & A/C Systems

About the role

Bi-State Development is seeking a Heavy-Duty Bus and Coach Technician to work on drivetrain and air conditioning systems. The position is based in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues related to drivetrain components such as transmissions, axles, and differentials.
• Inspect and maintain air conditioning systems to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other technicians and supervisors to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle repair.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Pay

$33.20 - $34.94 per hour.

Schedule
