About the role

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other drivers

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trucks in various weather conditions
• Ensure cargo is loaded and secured properly
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Passing DOT physical exam
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Experience with GPS navigation systems
