Responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and picking product for shipment.

Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and swing reach trucks.
Accurately pick parts throughout the warehouse.
Weigh product using the proper scales.
Check part numbers and quantities with a high degree of accuracy.
Accurately pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying all components of the order are accounted for the correct customer.
Read customer order notes and fill orders with any special customer requirements.
Assist the Department Lead and/or Supervisor with training/mentoring Warehouse Associates.
Maintain stock of warehouse and shipping supplies.
Assist in counting physical inventory; perform inventory audits as needed.
Notify Department Lead or Department Supervisor of any stock shelf issues.
Report defective materials/product, shortages, and/or questionable conditions to the Lead or Supervisor.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
Must be trained and willing to work in any department of the warehouse in a moment’s notice.
Follow all safety rules.
Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years of related job experience preferred.
RF Handheld Experience preferred.
Certified to operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and swing reach trucks.
Willing and able to work in other departments as needed.
Strong proficiency in English communication including reading, writing, and verbal interactions for complying with safety protocols and operational procedures.

Regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for prolonged periods.
Frequently required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. 70% of the day and up to 65 lbs. 30% of the day.

Non-climate-controlled warehouse.
