About the role

Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment at various customer locations. You will troubleshoot and restore units to operational and safety standards while communicating progress to salespeople, coordinators, managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of heavy equipment at customer sites.
• Communicate effectively with all parties about downtime and job progress.
• Operate safely and efficiently with minimal supervision to reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain safe working standards on-site and while operating DOT-rated company vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical training, education, or experience in a related field.
• Possess or ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including specialized tools for customer-site jobs.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Material Handling Technician, Material Handling Mechanic, Forklift Mechanic, Forklift Technician.
• Heavy Construction Mechanic, Heavy Construction Technician, Field Service Technician, Field Service Mechanic.
• Equipment Mechanic, Equipment Technician, Diesel Tech, Diesel Mechanic.

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
