Heavy Equipment Traveling Field Technician (Mechanic)

Primary Responsibilities
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders
- Track machine service intervals
- Order parts
- Diagnose issues using real-time data
- Practice safe job practices
- Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
- Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or trade school certificate
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and tool ownership
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- At least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean-shaven for certain customers' requirements
