About the role
Responsible for transporting heavy equipment safely and efficiently between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload heavy machinery according to safety guidelines
- Drive company vehicles on various road conditions
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured during transport
- Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding delivery schedules
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Skills
- Proficient in GPS navigation systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
