Heavy Equipment Shop Technician

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician responsible for servicing underground construction and trenching equipment used by contractors and utilities. Key Duties Include Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Ditch Witch and related machines.Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Completing detailed service documentation for all maintenance and repairs.Working in a safety-first, team-oriented shop environment.Receiving hands-on training with industry-leading equipment.Supporting critical infrastructure and utility installation projects across the Western U.S. Qualifications & Skills Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs efficiently.Attention to detail for accurate service documentation.Commitment to safety standards and teamwork.
