Heavy Equipment Shop Technician
About the role
The construction equipment group at Case Power and Equipment of PA is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Shop Technician for their Cranberry, PA location. The position involves completing inspections, removing and installing parts, implementing optional accessories, maintaining equipment, performing basic diagnosis and troubleshooting, testing, general repairs, and incorporating Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities.

Requirements
- Three years of previous heavy equipment repair experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of engine, power train, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Possess own tools
- A positive attitude and high energy
- Intermediate-level computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Case/New Holland EST experience
- Intermediate-level language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
- Basic mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Intermediate-level reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems
