About the Role

As a Shop Technician, you will work on heavy trenching and construction equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely, all in an effort to support our customers and maximize their uptime.

Responsibilities

  • Work on heavy trenching and construction equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely.
  • Support our customers and maximize their uptime.
  • Work alongside other trained Technicians in a shop that has all the support and resources you need to perform top-notch work on equipment.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing construction or other heavy equipment.
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulics and electrical components.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Self-motivation.

Qualifications

  • Must provide own tools.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
  • Attention to detail.
