What You'll Do

• Operate Dozers, Excavators, Compactors, Trucks, and other heavy equipment
• Spread and compact waste using heavy equipment
• Spread daily cover material using a Dozer
• Excavate and move soil with an Excavator
• Haul and transport materials throughout the facility
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards
• Support overall site operations and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
• Satisfactory driving record
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to read, write, and complete daily reports and assignments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Equipment Experience Preferred

• Dozers

• Other Heavy Equipment

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you'll be working around heavy equipment and active operations. You should be comfortable working in the Florida heat, operating equipment for extended periods, working around moving vehicles and machinery, and maintaining a strong focus on safety throughout the workday.
