Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven technical mastery operating heavy excavators or bulldozers in demanding, high-slope outdoor environments.
• Solid experience interpreting site plans and executing precise grade cuts under minimal supervision.
• Strong team-player mindset with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse field crews.
• Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of your working hours to various project locations beyond a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 or more years of dedicated experience operating earthmoving equipment within civil and heavy construction.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Topcon GPS machinery control systems for high-precision grading work.
