About the role
Responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
- Assist in grading land, moving earth, and constructing structures.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of related experience in heavy equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
