About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and make timely adjustments to maintain optimal stock.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of employees and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
