• $1,500 Sign-on bonus
• $23hr to $38hr based on experience and certifications
• Take-home service truck (Company vehicle + fuel card provided)
• No nights and weekends

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems directly at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep local businesses running
• Hit the road across your assigned territory—no getting stuck in the same shop every day
• Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to solid operating standards
• Log your service work accurately via mobile dispatch and communicate updates clearly

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or auto mechanics looking to transition to heavy equipment
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset on the job
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate the company service truck
