Working Conditions
In Office: This position supports and manages the day-to-day business operations for Cal OES which is handled in an office location. This is not considered a hybrid telework position.
Minimum Requirements
You will find the Minimum Requirements in the Class Specification.
Desirable Qualifications
- ASE Certification or Equivalent for the following
- Vehicle Brakes, Commercial Air Brake Systems
- Diagnostics, Hydraulic Pumps/Systems and Electrical Systems
- 2 years of Diesel Motor Repair
- 2 years of Heavy Diesel Equipment Repair and Fire Apparatus Repair
- Gas Engine Repair
- Tire dismount and install
- CA Commercial A or B License with Tanker and Air Brake Endorsement
