What You'll Do As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you'll be responsible for keeping our fleet operating safely and reliably by: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issuesCompleting preventative maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshooting equipment in both shop and field environmentsPerforming quality repairs that minimize repeat failures and downtimeUsing diagnostic software, service manuals, and manufacturer informationMaintaining accurate maintenance records and work ordersWorking closely with operations to keep equipment available for crewsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for mechanics who enjoy troubleshooting and take pride in fixing equipment right the first time. Ideally, You'll Have 4+ years of experience maintaining heavy equipment, commercial trucks, or construction equipmentStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skillsExperience working on mixed fleetsJourneyman certification or equivalent trade qualification (preferred)Experience with bucket trucks, digger derricks, utility equipment, or aerial devices is an assetA positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed You'll Be Successful If You...
