Responsibilities & Skills Assessment
- D-Level Technician:
- Basic chassis repairs
- Basic engine repairs
- Able to perform chassis Remove & Install
- Able to perform preventative and/or maintenance
- Competent in Internal/factory warranty processes
- C-Level Technician:
- Basic diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with major vendor/factory
- Can perform most chassis repairs
- Can perform engine accessory repairs
- Able to perform complete engine Remove & Install
- B-Level Technician:
- Advanced diagnostics skills
- Complete engine repairs
- Complex chassis repairs
- Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairs
- HVAC
- A-Level Technician:
- Proficient on all vehicle component repairs
- Able to diagnose all vehicle component failures
- Competent in root cause failure analysis
- Vibration analysis
- Aftertreatment repairs
- Aftertreatment diagnostics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Positive attitude

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.
Pay

About the Role
Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe.
