HEAVY DUTY CLEANER

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and breaking down kitchen equipment (stoves, hoods, floors).
• Emptying the trash in all the kitchens and replacing ice from the salad bars.
• Cleaning drains, walls, and counters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED preferred, Previous experience working in a kitchen or as a dishwasher is preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Some computer knowledge is a plus.
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
