Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Promote Family Style Service through actions and positive attitude. Create the Extraordinary by interacting with high-volume customers, building guest relations, providing superior guest service, ensuring safety and security, participating in drills, painting, lubricating machinery, and assisting with stock delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Vacuum all floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
• Mop floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrance.
• Remove trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans, depositing in outside dumpsters.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Participate in routine drills as assigned.
• Paint; lubricate machinery and equipment as needed.
• Report any maintenance required for equipment and order parts for defective equipment.
• Deliver and properly store all stock from the receiving department.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion.
• Work flexible schedules including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Dispose of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities is preferred.
