Heavy Civil Revit Technician

About the project: You'll be embedded in the construction management team for this major water quality facility, producing coordination drawings, RFIs, as-builts, and technical documentation for ongoing construction. This is hands-on support for active field work at a critical NYC DEP WRRF - expect close coordination with our CM staff, contractors, and DEP inspectors on mechanical systems, process equipment, structural modifications, and utility tie-ins. What we're looking for: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (AutoCAD Civil 3D/MEP a plus)Experience with construction documentation - shop drawing review, as-builts, RFI sketchesAbility to interpret MEP drawings, process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), structural drawingsNYC DEP project experience strongly preferred (wastewater facilities/pump stations ideal)Comfortable with field visits to verify conditions and markup redlinesOrganized, responsive, able to turn around urgent requests from the field What you get: Direct role on a major NYC water quality infrastructure projectMentorship from leadership with 25+ years managing NYC DEP facility constructionSmall team where your work directly impacts project deliveryExposure to complex wastewater treatment systems and processes
