Heathcare Project Manager- Infastructure

Responsibilities

  • Leading the project team, goal setting, developing policies and procedures to guide the project/program and mentor team members.
  • Leading cross-functional healthcare projects and initiatives with demanding resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
  • Monitor design and construction activities to ensure that all phases of work are done in accordance with contractual agreements and corporate quality standards.
  • Makes sure project budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Forecasts, identifies, and addresses potential liabilities and risks.
  • Develops, monitors, and maintains project schedules to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintains relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manages conflict resolution and communicates complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Aids in evaluating, developing, and selecting standards, protocols, policies, and procedures to facilitate project success.
  • Provides guidance, direction, and instruction to less experienced team members and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 7+ years of managing Healthcare Infrastructure Projects.
  • Demonstrated history of managing healthcare or related construction types.
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and a track record in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Knowledge and ability to creatively resolve issues as they arise.
  • Knowledge and ability to supervise people including recruitment, training, performance management, and people development.
  • High proficiency with general Microsoft applications, including MS Project and Share Point.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management software and applications.
  • Ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions to maintain compliance with safety protocols, quality, schedule and budget.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 7+ years of managing Healthcare Infrastructure Projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare or related construction types.
  • Project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to creatively resolve issues.
  • Supervisory skills including recruitment, training, performance management, and people development.

Pay

Compensation Range: $133,635.31 - $152,726.06
