Role Responsibilities
- Liaise with Project Management teams to confirm priority projects and ensure that scope, timelines, budgets, compliance requirements and site access arrangements have been agreed before asset collection scheduling proceeds.
- Develop, maintain and manage multiple project schedules across contracts, ensuring alignment with customer and programme plans.
- Plan and coordinate asset data collection activities, adjusting schedules proactively and reactively to address delays, access issues or urgent priorities.
- Determine, communicate and manage resource and logistical requirements to maximise efficiency and minimise travel.
- Prepare and issue complete documentation packs for engineers, including site details, contacts, asset lists, drawings and other relevant information.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of people, including management of meetings and conference calls.
- Expert level in Microsoft Office IT skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- General understanding of CAFM systems and compliance requirements.
