Heat Treat Racker - Weekend Day

About the role

We are looking for Heat Treat Rackers to produce world-class fasteners using safe machine operating techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Racker must be a team player and committed to delivering only the best quality to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Place/drop screws into racks in preparation for heat treating process.
• Unload screws from rack after heat treating process.
• Stack and organize screws into tubs.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Assist other rackers and machine operators to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
• Maintain a neat and well-organized work area.
• Other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor.

Weekend day shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday
