About the Role
The role is for an Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider in the Charlotte Region, supporting both Ambulatory and Acute care needs.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. The successful team member will:
- Work with the care team to create a personalized treatment plan
- Provide the latest treatments or management of medical oncology conditions as well as hematologic conditions
- Support both Ambulatory and Acute care needs
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- A Master's Degree
- A Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- One to three years of Cardiology experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- A Current PA license in the appropriate state
- NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry
- ACLS (if applicable)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
- Ability to work with management team and physicians
- Demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
