Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-focused hearing healthcare services, including: Comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Hearing aid selection, dispensing, programming, and fitting
  • Real Ear Measurements to ensure accurate, real-world performance
  • Tinnitus support and patient education
  • Ongoing patient care, follow-ups, adjustments, and maintenance
  • Long-term relationship-based care focused on comfort, confidence, and outcomes

Requirements

  • Licensed Hearing Care Provider / Hearing Instrument Specialist (State of Oregon)
  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered hearing care
  • Commitment to long-term patient relationships
  • Strong communication skills rooted in empathy, education, and clarity
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • Experience in hearing healthcare is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hearing aids and related technologies

Pay

Guaranteed Total Compensation – $90,000 (Based on Full-Time hours = 40 hours/week)
