Hearing Aid Services

• Perform hearing screenings in accordance with licensure
• Conduct thorough hearing aid evaluations and recommend individualized solutions
• Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance
• Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to support successful outcomes
• Perform cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor in-office repairs
• Assist patients with accessories, earmolds, and hearing protection options

Patient Care & Clinic Collaboration

• Develop and maintain trusted, long-term patient relationships
• Deliver compassionate, supportive, and educational care experiences
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic culture

• Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
• Professional, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Location

In-person – Moses Lake 3-4 days per week & Ellensburg 1-2 days per week. Total compensation Guaranteed minimum total comp of $90,000.00 based on 40 hours/week
