Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
- Aid in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Active CA Hearing Aid Dispensing license
- Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
- Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
