About the role
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
