About the role
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repair and replacement work.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
- Conduct regular inspections and report findings to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues affecting maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
