About the Role

As a Configuration Analyst, you will serve as a functional lead on implementations. You will analyze business requirements, configure, unit test, and provide requirements to offshore teams for configuration in HealthRules Payor. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills to grasp customer needs and collaborate with the team lead to develop solutions for successful implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, configure, and unit test software (HealthRules Payor).
  • Ensure implementations are delivered successfully on time and aligned with project objectives by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Work independently to solve and test complex scenarios.
  • Analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and execute automation tools.
  • Assist team members with complex issues related to your field of expertise.
  • Work in a team environment, share knowledge, and promote collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma required; professional degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience/knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system.
  • Minimum 2 years of HealthRules Configuration Experience.
  • Experience working in an offshore model.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including JIRA and SCRUM.
  • Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking.
  • Leadership ability and familiarity with debugging and testing concepts.
  • Ability to work with teams to quickly find and document root causes and communicate resolutions effectively.
  • Approach problems constructively and promote this mindset within the organization.

Work Environment

  • Remote, US-based role.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Occasional movement around the office; specific vision abilities (close, color, peripheral, depth perception) required.
  • Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Long periods of sitting and/or standing in front of a computer using video technology.
  • May require travel dependent on company needs.

Pay

The annual US base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
