About the role

Join Our Healthcare Team LAZ Parking is seeking professional and customer-focused Healthcare Valet Attendants to support operations at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, CA. As a Healthcare Valet Attendant Hybrid, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, delivering exceptional service, and making a positive first impression in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital staff.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure needs.
  • Maintain an organized and safe valet drive and vehicle staging area.
  • Issue valet claim tickets and explain the retrieval process.
  • Aid patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and courtesy.
  • Manage vehicle flow to help maintain smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Follow all client, safety, and company procedures when operating vehicles.
  • Safely operate company vehicles.
  • Engage, thank, and greet the guest (GET 100%) - 100% of the time.
  • Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers, if applicable.

Requirements

  • Current Flu Vaccination.
  • Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Minimum 1 Year Of Valet Experience.
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
