Join Our Healthcare Team LAZ Parking is seeking professional and customer-focused Healthcare Valet Attendants to support operations at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, CA. As a Healthcare Valet Attendant Hybrid, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, delivering exceptional service, and making a positive first impression in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital staff.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure needs.
- Maintain an organized and safe valet drive and vehicle staging area.
- Issue valet claim tickets and explain the retrieval process.
- Aid patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and courtesy.
- Manage vehicle flow to help maintain smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Follow all client, safety, and company procedures when operating vehicles.
- Safely operate company vehicles.
- Engage, thank, and greet the guest (GET 100%) - 100% of the time.
- Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers, if applicable.
Requirements
- Current Flu Vaccination.
- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
- Minimum 1 Year Of Valet Experience.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
