Healthcare Tutor 40 hours/week - 1 position available

Position Purpose

To provide quality teaching and learning through the sharing of caregiving skills and health knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Tutoring international and domestic students enrolled in healthcare related programmes.
• Mentoring students to enhance their learning experience.
• Assessing students' progress and performance.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years recent industry experience in NZ.
• Computer literate.
• Either have or be prepared to gain a Tertiary Teaching qualification (professional development support will be provided).
• Previous teaching experience.
• An understanding of the NZ qualifications framework and the NZ disability sector (an advantage).

Qualifications

• The right to work in NZ.
• A valid NZ full driver's license.
• Access to regular use of a car.
