About the role

The Healthcare Technology Management Analyst supports the day-to-day analytical and operational needs of the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) team across the organization. Working under the guidance of leadership, this role focuses on data collection, validation, routine reporting, and maintaining accurate records related to healthcare technology assets, contracts, and financial tracking. A key component of this position includes financial analysis and deep-dive "archaeology" of facility service contracts to seamlessly facilitate budget transfers. This is a remote opportunity that will collectively support all Regional Directors, providing foundational exposure to healthcare operations, analytics, and performance measurement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis and contract "archaeology" on facility service agreements to ensure precise budget transfers.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating medical equipment inventory and contract records.
  • Collect, validate, and organize data for routine operational and financial reports.
  • Support the tracking of KPIs and OKRs through predefined dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, or data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with HTM, finance, and supply chain teams to support ongoing initiatives across all regions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma with at least 5 years of demonstrated analytical experience developing spreadsheets and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is required.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior healthcare, accounting, or bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and data reporting tools.
  • Foundational understanding of HTM operations concepts (healthcare or accounting background a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Developing analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex contract details.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with supervision in a remote, multi-regional team environment.
