C2C, 1099, and third-party vendor arrangements are not available for this position.Position Overview for the Healthcare Technical Analyst:A clinical data analyst who works on a high-priority, deadline-driven Medicaid project. The core work is making sure HIE clinical data correctly supports Medicaid work requirement exemptions under HR1, the 2025 federal law that added Medicaid work requirements. In practice, that means validating and troubleshooting clinical data, helping refine the API that sends that data to NCFAST (the state’s Medicaid eligibility system), and testing data flows with SAS, J2 Interactive, and NC Medicaid teams through production. After that, they’ll scope and gather requirements for new HIEA projects.Required Skills for the Healthcare Technical Analyst:Clinical terminologies: SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, and RxNorm.
