Healthcare Tech Senior Associate - Epic Willow

Responsibilities

• Partner with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration, and system performance of Epic systems.
• Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules to provide support and optimize systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications, offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements.
• Cultivate trusted client relationships, mentor team members, and foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
• Participate in system build, testing, and implementation cycles.
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, though high-level services can be provided remotely.

Requirements

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.
• 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions.
• Experience participating in system build, testing, and implementation cycles.
• Project management experience with Epic implementations.

Qualifications

• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
