Healthcare Revenue Cycle Projec (contract)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic Health Record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems
• Manages engagement delivery against work plan; management of project tasks, risks, issues
• Delivers high quality service and deliverables to clients
• Capabilities to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients
• Develops trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations
• Maintains project progress, identifies potential risks, and develops mitigation strategies
• Ensures adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
• Evaluates project outcomes and identifies areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects
• Acts with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Required Qualifications

• Health tech / vendor implementation experience
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience (eg. Epic)
• Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle
• Experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to travel every other week to client site
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
