Description
- Perform bank reconciliations across 10+ accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support accounts payable processes and workflows
- Aid in financial clean-up and process improvement initiatives
- Follow established accounting procedures and documentation
- Work closely with and take direction from the Controller
- Assist with transaction processing tied to system integration (RAMP to Sage Intacct)
Profile
- Proven experience with: Bank reconciliations, Accounts payable, Journal entries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, especially in clean-up environments
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills
- Experience with: Sage Intacct (preferred), RAMP (highly preferred), Bill.com (nice to have)
- Quick learner with ability to adopt new systems quickly
- Reliable hybrid working setup
