About the role
HHS is seeking Patient Transporters for full-time and part-time positions available. Day/Evening/Night shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients and patient-related equipment within the facility contracted with HHS.
- Set high standards of cooperation, patience, communication, and teamwork with nursing, medical staff, and other hospital departments.
- Upgrade skills through continuing education required by the hospital and HHS.
- Follow strict safety and infection control procedures to prevent injuries and the risk of infection.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with patient transportation, equipment maintenance, or other patient-care-related activities preferred.
- CPR (American Heart Association).
